The Quiroz Law Firm focuses its practice on immigration, estate planning, real estate, business, personal injury and international law matters in Latin America.
Founded by Martín Quiroz, who is licensed as an attorney in California and Colombia, as well as a real estate broker in California and a certified closing attorney for U.S. Small Business Administration 504 (SBA 504) commercial loans.
Mr. Quiroz serves as legal counsel to several companies in various industries, represents families and investors in a variety of immigration cases, and is also the legal counsel to the Consulate General of Colombia in Los Angeles, which has jurisdiction over southern Colombia. California, Arizona, and New Mexico. Mr. Quiroz has served on the board of directors of U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified development corporations, commercial financial institutions, mortgage lenders and senior housing developers. He is a principal at GreenRock Real Estate Solutions, a Los Angeles residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm established in 2006. Previously, he held compliance and attorney positions at PIMCO, Bank of America, seguir, among others.
Some MR. Quiroz's active memberships are: California Bar Association, Colombian Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association (ABA), Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the California Department of Real Estate (DRE.CA), the Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR).
Mr. Quiroz is, first and foremost, a family man, father of two girls, devoted husband, soccer fan, and former American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) girls soccer coach in Encino, California. He loves good food, good conversation, Classic Mini Coopers and good company.
